"Blink the cursor" sounds a bit awkward...
How about just "Blinking cursor" for the checkbox label?
Another possibility to solve the cursor blinking annoyans would be to
add the items (something like) "Cursor on" and "Cursor off" in the
"Color" menu. Set both to the same colour and the blinkingis gone. Plus
we'd have a customized cursor colour.
Is that bloating the color menu in the Terminal settings? I dunno, just
putting it out there...
