I can't say whether in this case the dependencies just aren't declared completely/correctly, but there is indeed a jam bug that causes it to mess up the make order sometimes. So far I've seen it only in the bash build and IIRC it is related to explicit include declarations. There's also a Trac ticket tracking the issue. CU, Ingo
