If we have reliable buildbots now, a notification for broken builds would be
nice.
If we don't yet, better not spam the mailboxes of everyone until that's solved.

If so, what do you want notified on?
* Per-rev build result.
* Nightly / Release (r1beta) builds
* Haiku hpkg repository build results.
I should mention nightly / release builds might be a bit noisy at the moment
due to:
