b351e0bbaf8f: BControlLook: Make all public methods virtual.

  Solves a "TODO before R1". Breaks ABI, but almost nothing outside the
  tree uses it.

Be careful with that. WebKit uses it a lot (to draw form controls,
scrollbars, etc). Anything using experimental controls from libshared
is also likely to reference it. Si "almost nothing otside the tree"
sounds a little optimistic.
