That is well known HTA issue that sometime generate wrongs fingerprints. Just replace it in your catkeys with "suggested" one and forget. Frankly speaking I have no idea why those fingerprints are required to be defined explicitly in the source if they are already defined in "expanded" way as set of original lines. ;-) May be I'm wrong but this looks like excessive duplication. ;-)
With this unedited sv.catkeys from HTA, jam fails, complaining about expecting a different fingerprint. So I edited it to have the -expected- fingerprint, which builds and appears to work, load and display okay. (Most recent revision, full and clean builds.) But while that builds locally for me, it does not seem to work for BOM.
The r40505 was build OK on my system. Looks like the BOM "error" you have observed was provoked by other build error in this revision.
