If no one uses the global system sound font symlink anyway, let's just omit it. A per-user setting suffices. If there isn't a user setting yet, just use some heuristic to pick one. If we provide TimSoundFont by default with Haiku, then try that one first. If it isn't there, use the oldest one, the one with the funniest name, or simply first one found in any sound font directory. At that point write the setting, so it remains stable until the user chooses a new one (or uninstalls the selected one).
