#9834: bfs sends spurious B_STAT_MODIFICATION_TIME notifications after file change --------------------------------+---------------------------- Reporter: bonefish | Owner: axeld Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: File Systems/BFS | Version: R1/Development Resolution: | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: All --------------------------------+---------------------------- Comment (by axeld): Can't reproduce with the steps you mentioned in hrev45817. In theory this can happen if either Inode::fOldLastModified is not correctly maintained at some place, or if updating the last modified index failed, as that's fOldLastModified's main purpose. Do you by any chance reproduce this on a volume without indices? -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/9834#comment:1> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
