I believe it is alpha/4.1 CD ROM ISO image downloaded from this - http
://haiku-files.org/haiku/releases/r1alpha4.1/haiku-
r1alpha4.1-iso.zip.torrent
I don't know why .iso file inside is named `haiku-r1alpha4.iso` without
`.1`. The serial console in QEMU says "Haiku revision: hrevr1alpha4-44702"
