Could you post `listusb -v /dev/bus/usb/6/3` output at two distincts
times:
- when you turn on power
- when, already powered on, you unplug then replug the USB connector.
Assuming that you use always the same USB HUB port to connect your device,
otherwise adapt the `/dev/bus/usb/6/3` to what make sense.
