Currently http://i18n.haiku-os.org/ returns a 404. Instead, it should
link to the i18n related efforts:

* http://i18n.haiku-os.org/userguide/
* http://www.haiku-os.org/community/ml#localization
Perhaps even a brief note similar to [http://cgit.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/ReadMe.IntroductionToHaiku ReadMe.IntroductionToHaiku]?
