This is on r45336 gcc2h.
See r45219, r45319, and r45325 for what I think are the related changes to
the code.
(45219 broke the DVI display... before which DVI and screen blank resume
worked, and 45325 fixed it... but I don't know which changes might have
been involved in breaking the screen blanking resume functionality.)
