To reproduce, in VirtualBox, pick the PCnet-FAST III (Am79C973) as the
device to emulate. Haiku will deadlock after the icons are gone in the
splash and before Tracker shows the desktop (it might show the wallpaper
or not, but never further).
The revision where this regression appears is hrev45142 (tested with
hrev45141 and that one doesn't show the bug).
Attached is the serial output.
