Just pushed a possible fix. In answer to your question on IRC, you can
update the sources by running 'git pull' from the source directory (no
need to checkout x86_64 again). When that finishes you should see in its
output some changes to build/jam/FloppyBootImage. Then rerun jam to build
a new image.
