On my ASUS EeeBox (low power PC), when moving the mouse it will
occasionally pause for about 1-2 seconds, and then continue moving. Often
the pointer will jump to some unexpected location afterwards.
Also, whilst playing a video (with almost 100% CPU usage), it will play
smoothly until I move the mouse. Mouse will do the pausing thing, and
video will start dropping frames until I stop moving the mouse (the mouse
can be anywhere on the desktop).
