#8754: Addition of Do not track header ----------------------------------------+------------------------ Reporter: xray7224 | Owner: leavengood Type: enhancement | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Applications/WebPositive | Version: Resolution: | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: All ----------------------------------------+------------------------ Comment (by leavengood): Thanks Diver I was going to see if there was some way to just turn this on in our WebKit port, but I guess we can implement it at a higher level. I don't know if the current architecture of our port is as flexible as Qt's, so it probably is not as simple as the Arora example shown in the above wiki. But once we move away from using the Curl backend and use our own HTTP backend, it will probably be easier, or we can make sure it is easier :) Given that this Do Not Reply header is currently on the honor system and that we have lots of other things to do to improve Web+, I don't think this will get done soon, but it will get done eventually. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8754#comment:3> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
