The rule could be changed to {{{0.50 ("OggS") [28:64]("\x01vorbis")}}} for
audio files, and the priority raised above the video one. However this
would only handle Vorbis.The RFC for Ogg mime types define a few other
formats and the strings to look for (section 4):
