If Deskbar autohide is set then after a reboot the clock has dissapeared
from the deskbar.
1. In deskbar settings check autohide.
2. Either reboot or quicker is use Team Monitor to quit Deskbar
3. Use Team Monitor again to restart Deskbar.
Result is the clock and time has gone from it. To get the clock back it is
neccessary to delete Deskbar settings from /boot/home/config/Settings,
quit Deskbar again then restart the dektop.
Reproducible every time.
