seen on hrev43937, hrev44076, hrev44113 (the only revisions tested so
far).
A drop down selection list that is resizable has drawing issues. This can
be seen in Mail's "From:" selection list by rezising the window from very
narrow to very wide. picture attached.
I don't know of another application that has a resizable selection list,
so it is possible that this is a Mail bug.
