#8353: Update Lithuanian keymaps

 The Lithuanian keymaps that currently exist in Haiku are a bit messy. They
 were all assembled by Antanas Buckus (previous Haiku localizer to
 Lithuanian), but not only their naming is a bit unusual, but also their
 contents.

 The patch that I will attach sanitizes two of the Lithuanian keymaps
 (called "Lithuanian" and "Lithuanian (Standard)"). It removes the crap
 from the Opt layer in Lithuanian Standard, adds a few characters to the
 Option layer in both layouts and fixes the command key positions to
 Haiku's defaults (which I personally dislike, but whatever).

 '''BEFORE''' applying the patch however, please rename the layouts as
 follows:[[BR]]
 '''Lithuanian (Ergonomic).keymap -> Lithuanian (Buckus).keymap'''[[BR]]
 '''Lithuanian.keymap -> Lithuanian (Standard).keymap'''[[BR]]
 ''Note: you may want to commit these two renames separately from the third
 in order for git to actually understand what happened. Without commiting,
 it will see Lithuanian (Standard).keymap as a new file''[[BR]]
 '''Lithuanian (Baltic).keymap -> Lithuanian.keymap'''

 Renaming before patching is important, because I want to change the
 default (to the one used in all other OS's) and then patch it. I am also
 renaming "Lithuanian (Ergonomic)" to "Lithuanian (Buckus)", because there
 is at least one more Lithuanian "Ergonomic" layout that I am aware of (see
 http://lekp.info/), which is drastically different from what Antanas has
 created. I'd rather use author's name for this one.
