When you say the issue is always reproducible with 4 CPUs, what's your
exact VM configuration (RAM mainly) and what do you have to do exactly?
The latter seems to be a newly introduced scheduler issue and I suspect
that's what 59b9b52 (part of hrev46718) addresses.
