From what I understood:
Haiku freezes during boot unless you disable ACPI in the
bootloader.[[BR]]
With disabled ACPI you are able to see some of the available networks
(#8296).[[BR]]
Haiku boots ok with ACPI enabled if you remove ralinkwifi driver.[[BR]]
Is that so? Please try to get [https://dev.haiku-
os.org/wiki/ReportingBugs#Syslog syslog] with both ralinkwifi and ACPI
enabled.
