Comment:

 When you switch to the non-default modifier roles, Alt and Ctrl switch key
 roles *everywhere* in Haiku. The behavior is entirely intended,
 particularly in the Terminal. This way common shortcuts (Cmd-C, Cmd-V,...)
 don't clash with the terminal control shortcuts (Ctrl-C and friends).
