 Current implementation of ps2 bus manager is looking like not fully
 concurrent-safe - in case the mouse initialization is postponed because
 some reasons the mouse commands answers are intersecting with the keyboard
 ones and force the ps2 devices erroneously detected as non-functional.

 I need some more time to find a solution.
