#8166: Deskbar crashes when a replicant wider than 129px is being added to it in
vertical mode

When the Deskbar is in vertical mode, adding a replicant which is wider
than 129px will make it freeze.
Similarly, if such replicant was added while the Deskbar was in vertical
mode (where replicants much wider than 129px are acceptable), trying to
move the Deskbar will freeze it.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1) open Workspaces, resize the window so that it's height is less than or
equal to 16px, and height is 130px or more
 2) drag a Workspaces replicant into the Deskbar (in vertical mode, it
seems you have to drag it to the Deskbar's own dragger, in horizontal
mode, you just drag it below all the icons).
 3) if the Deskbar was in Vertical mode, it will freeze right away. If it
was in Horizontal mode, it will freeze when you try to drag it to any of
 the corners.
