I'm reporting this as Video Thumbnailer seems to require something called
loadicon (R5 install mode, which is what I presumed would work) or
IconTool (Zeta). There is no binary included with Haiku called loadicon or
icontool/IconTool so is this an unimplemented or broken function within
Haiku that this add-on requires?
