Since libroot.so uses liblocale.so as well AFAIK, I'm not sure this is
going to work well, but merging it would have several benefits otherwise.
And yes, the BDate/BTime/BDateTime/whatever classes are experimental, and
not yet finalized, so they could be moved/changed without problems if
needed.
