#7921: Control Look lost in child view --------------------------------+------------------------- Reporter: Pete | Owner: axeld Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Kits/Interface Kit | Version: R1/alpha3 Keywords: | Blocked By: Blocking: | Has a Patch: 0 Platform: All | --------------------------------+------------------------- When you add a BButton to a view that is a child of a window, rather than the window itself, it shows with no "sculpturing" at all -- just a bare one-pixel-wide frame and a white background. I'm attaching a small demo source that shows the problem. The first button (a direct child of the window) looks normal, while the second (added to a view that itself was added to the window) is 'flat'. If you set be_control_look to NULL, both buttons are as one would expect. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/7921> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
