The same behaviour is observed with rtl81xx driver. The net_server hangs
at device initialization. Disabling the net_server in the boot script let
the system boot completely. Looks like this problem was introduced in last
revisions. The "re" was not updated to 8.2 so, probably, such updating may
help.
