 More information....

now that I have a working Hakiu install. I have connected the usb drive
and put in a CD. But Haiku does not see the CD. Tested CD/DVD rom by
using AROS bootable CD and it does work. I can boot, up to a point, the
Haiku Live CD. It seems that at some point during the boot process it
looses the ability to see the CD Rom.

In "Drive Setup" I can see the CD/DVD Drive "/dev/disk/usb/0/0/raw" but
File System, Volume Name, Mounted At, are all blank. It is giving me the
size of the CD and is getting current information from the drive. I put
in a number of different audio/video/data CDs and would go to "rescan" and
the size would vary depending on what I had put in the drive. When the
drive is empty it reads 0 bytes.
