Yes, it's a little bug, I wonder that stippi didn't fix it.
The fix is easy, because I came across this bug, when I wanted to see how
stippi implemented "always on top", so that my game "puri" (chess game)
has the same ability.
It's just a simple matter of setting some flags.
So, I will write a patch on weekend, if nobody doesnt want to do it.
