* milestone: R1 => R2
Comment:
* These extra fields aren't in POSIX. PHP was patched to not need them.
* Adding hte flags without the functionality is confusing, at best, and
possibly dangerous
* Adding the functionality must be done carefully, as it could break BeOS
compatibility (did BeOS support rusage?)
Moving to R2 milestone since this is an ABI breakage.
