Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a tracker window, Grab window tab with your mouse, and Move the
window around really fast
- notice how the ProcessController replicant shows increased cpu useage
2. Open 'About ProcessController' window
3. Repeat step 1.
- notice ProcessController does not show any CPU usage. In addition you
can't open Deskbar until the 'About ProcessController' window is closed.
