Here is a tgainfo localization patch. There is something wrong when
showing date/time information. Year is shown with 4 character, month with
2, but date is again shown with 4 character, though in source code 2
character is defined. Some bug in Haiku? Obviously application is also
reading wrong data, because year is "0003" and it should not be that one.
