The IPP printer addon advertises the ability to detect ports, there isn't
any such ability (you enter the IPP URL manually the first time you
print). You can't add an IPP printer due to this as you can't select the
transport
Lines 197 to 201 in ipp.cpp seem to be the culprit here, looks as if the
code was put there expecting some form of service discovery in future that
wasn't implemented.
