I tried again with r39742. Printing now works in ShowImage & WonderBrush
but if I try printing in landscape the image is not rotated 90d. It is
printed in the portrait position and the right side is truncated off. This
is so even though the preveiw shows image rotated correctly.
Printing in portrait mode prints as the preview shows. This happens in
both ShowImage & WonderBrush.
