 I'm not exactly sure.  But during configure it determines that Haiku has
 bluetooth so sets  HAVE_BLUETOOTH, but then when it tries to make use of
 it, it can't find those headers.  Our work around for now it to patch it
 to undef HAVE_BLUETOOTH.  Check in python's Modules/socketmodule.h
