As of r39130, there's (3) new targets which relate to localization:
* '''LocalizedTargets''' -- all applications, libraries, etc. that are
localized
* '''catkeys''' -- just the generated en.catkeys, which reside in
$(HAIKU_OUTPUT_DIR)/object/catalogs
* '''catalogs''' -- the compiled *.catalog files (and en.catkeys as it's
a dependency), which reside in $(HAIKU_OUTPUT_DIR)/object/catalogs
for example {{{ jam -q catkeys }}} is what will interest you (and the
translation websites).
