I think the issue may be structural in nature. IE certain files sizes seem
to not have a issue and some do. Depending on how these files are place in
the ISO it could create trouble. The files we are having issues with are
small and oddly sized. It could be a combination of how the ISO is
generated the CD is written and the way the installer handles it.
