No worries.
I've had a look at the ServerPicture code path but it doesn't seem to have
the same problem since it doesn't have to deal with the
AS_DRAW_STRINGS_WITH_OFFSETS case and so doesn't seem to care if the
string contains multi-byte characters or not.
