I tested it with attached unicode_test_utf16.txt and was able to reproduce
the issue on both Pe and StyledEdit.
But when i looked at the file in hex, i saw that it does not contain BOM
marker. When I tested it wirh adding BOM to file, it works fine in case of
StyledEdit but Pe still have same problem.
