This is web+ r515.
When in fullscreen mode there's no indication if a click on a link was
registered and a page is loading. There are several possibilities:
* Show the status bar while loading
* Show some kind of overlay while loading
* Show a "progress" mouse pointer while loading
I think I'd like the mouse pointer option best.
