In BeOS the Vulcan Death Grip was Ctrl+Shift+Opt+Alt on PPC and
Ctrl+Shift+Alt on PC.
This patch changes the current Shift+Opt+Alt (with or without Ctrl) to
Ctrl+Shift+Alt (with or without Opt). This will work for the few users out
there without Opt/Win keys.
