I am a complete idiot. I attatched the wrong files, they are from the
wrong Pc. The laptop with the issue will not see my usb drive or connect
to the internet. I do not know if this is because of booting into "safe
mode" or if I just don't have drivers. Either way, I can't move the
information from the laptop to the other PC in order to get it to you.
