The finnish catalogs have been synced from hta in r36118. I've added your
name to AboutSystem for attribution in r36143. Thanks!
To note: This was marked invalid because translation catalogs are actively
pulled from the HTA website and don't need to be posted on Trac. However
at the time of submission, there was an inconsistent message about
submitting patches.
