I mentioned this off-list, but for anyone else who may stumble across this
ticket. Those wiki pages are for coordinating the translation effort of
the User Guide into a new language. Those efforts require at least two
members. //www.freelists.org/list/haiku-doc is a good starting point
for additional information.
To note, translating the strings used by Haiku's applications can be done
