The list of documents on the status page should be in a scrollable view
while the headings for the languages are at a fixed position above. That
way they'll always be visible.
If possible, the 1st column with the English original should also be
fixed. That way you can make the Browser window narrower and we can add as
many more columns as we like without trouble.
