AttachedToWindow() calls the supermenu's _OkToProceed() which currently is
only called from this one place.
I could move or copy the AddDynamicItem() loop from AttachedToWindow() to
_Show() so that the submenu only gets attatched after it's built. That
would allow passing via KeyDown() to _SelectItem() to
subMenu->_Show().
