Good news everybody!
I've just installed rev 34903 (the first i've built since before the
holidays)
The HDA driver now runs my Via sound perfectly! No crashes and music
plays perfectly.
I've uploaded the syslog (syslog.2) in case anyones interested.
This ticket can be closed as far as i'm concerned.
