I presume that is something that could be added to NTFS right? It would
seem odd that FAT should support this but not NTFS yet.
I've not tried thumbnails with ext formatted disks yet but I don't use ext
any more so I'm no so bothered. I use:
ZFS for RAID Linux servers and FreeBSD
btrfs (for snapshots) or XFS (for performance) for single disk Linux
machines
NTFS or exFAT for external disks to use between computers of different
types
BeFS for Haiku
FAT I have to use sometimes for installs
I absolutely did not need to tell you all that but there you go :D
