There are no z-indexes and no sorting in any code we wrote. We just
implement a few drawing commands (draw text, fill shape, etc), transforms,
and drawing modes.
I think this issue could also be related to the "WebPositive never notices
that downloads are finished" one. If WebKit is waiting for some resource
to be downloaded and never get the completion notification, it may end up
being stuck in an unfinished rendering state.
